INVESTMENT ONLY $40!
***Limited number of Vendor space on road. If you don’t get accepted this year, try again next year!***
REQUIREMENTS:
· Have at least one person to always staff your booth.
· Be responsible for set-up (starting at 11am) and clean-up of your area on the day of the event. (tear down by 7pm)
· Bring your own tent, tables, chairs, and displays. Electricity & water not available.
(You will need to weigh down your tent on Wortley Road in case of wind. Suggestions to do this: With tent weights, concrete blocks, sand bags, canopy water weights, exercise weights, 5-gallon buckets with sand/gravel/water, and perhaps attach them to the tent with bungee cords.)
· You will be assigned a 10’x10’ space on a Wortley Road designated spot. The final site map will be emailed to you July 21, 2023.
· Food/drinks cannot be sold, but coupons are okay.
· Registrations will be accepted while availability remains, and the Wortley Village Buskers Festival committee reserves the right to decline your application due to taking the vendor line up in a different direction.
PAYMENT METHOD:
· Payment is due upon vendor approval confirmation & is by e-transfer. You will be contacted by email if you are a successful applicant.
· E-transfer is sent to: info@wortleybuskerfest.com
(If a password is required, make it “Buskerfest”)
